Greg J. Matus JD, LLM Tax Attorney

Gregory J. Matus is an attorney with over twelve years experience primarily in the areas of tax law, estate and business planning and wealth transfer management.

Following graduation from the University of Texas at Arlington, Greg attended Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco where he earned his J.D. and became a member of the California Bar in 1998. While working in a San Diego litigation practice for two years, Greg earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000.

Greg then joined a seven attorney firm where he eventually became Firm Manager before accepting a position in 2004 with the regionally recognized tax and estate planning firm of Miller Monson. During his engagement at Miller Monson Greg conducted advanced estate planning for high net worth clients including entity planning with an emphasis on valuation and management issues.

Greg’s broad experience in both tax and law makes him a valuable advisor and problem solver.
